The chorus meets daily for eighty minutes. The group sings at least two concerts per year - in December and May. This vocal ensemble explores a variety of vocal music styles and performance practices. Students do not need singing experience to join this class. In addition to understanding the voice as an instrument, students will learn elements of music theory, song analysis and strengthen sight reading skills. Members of this group participate in community service events and travel for performances or group assessment. |
